1. Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (GSE) Scholarships for International Students
The Barcelona GSE can offer tuition waivers and fully-funded scholarships to international students who are interested in pursuing a degree program at the Institution. Only applicants with outstanding academic records will receive a financial offer. Candidates who submit a completed application before January 15 will be considered for all funding opportunities. Those who apply after that date will be considered for any remaining available funding.

Value: Fully funded scholarships, Waivers of 100%, 75%, 50%, and 25% of tuition fees, and Teaching assistantships
2. University of Oxford Dulverton Scholarships 2021/2022 for Europe and sub-Saharan African Students
The Dulverton Scholarships are available to applicants who are ordinarily resident in any of the countries listed on their website and who are applying to any full-time masters or DPhil course at Oxford. Preference will be given to those applying for a master’s degree. DPhil applicants and Master of Public Policy (MPP), MSc Financial Economics (MFE), and Master of Business Administration (MBA) applicants will be considered as a lower priority. Preference will be given to applicants who have not already studied in the UK or the USA. There is no separate application process for this scholarship: to be considered, submit your application for graduate study by the relevant January deadline (depending on your course). Selection is expected to take place by the end of May 2021.

3. Excellence Scholarships At Utrecht University, Netherlands
The Utrecht Excellence Scholarship offers several graduate scholarship awards to highly talented prospective international students, with the opportunity to pursue a degree in a selected number of fields at Utrecht University. After applying to the Master’s program, non-EU/EEA students will have the option to apply for a Utrecht Excellence Scholarship.

4. Ghent University Full-fee Scholarships for Developing Countries
Ghent University With support from its “Special Research Fund” (BOF), is providing grants scholarship opportunities to promising students from developing countries who wish to carry out half of their Ph.D. research at Ghent University and half in a university in a developing country.

Value of Scholarship: The Ghent University promoter receives a bench fee to cover (part of) the operational costs, as well as the traveling costs of the student
